UJDB  from the very beginning has always maintained good quality parameters in its production and has been successfully managed excellent product recovery system, which is best in standard of the Industry in India. Maximum focus is given on quality of not just product, but services too.

UJDB group has a R & D department with state-of-the-art facilities and laboratory. Apart from its continuous endeavor to improve the quality of distillery produced, it has, over two years, undertaken extensive research in new product development. Research and Development consists of following activities:

• Sensory evaluation of the products
• Gas Chromatography (GC) analysis of various samples
• Routine analysis of raw materials, finished Products, intermediate samples and byproducts
• Product development activities
• On line checking of various products
